Lynnsey Rowan – Personal Trainer

With 15 years experience in the fitness industry, I have trained a wide range of ages and abilities not just on a 1-1 PT basis but also in a studio group environment teaching many styles of classes including core, spin, conditioning and BodyPump

I have continued to develop my skills over the years to enable me to work with a vast range of clients , from pre/post natal to post injury rehab and sports massage.

Coming from a dance background I understand the importance of core strength, good posture and joint mobility to enhance your well-being

Combining my experience and knowledge I will help you achieve your goals and maintain a balanced healthy lifestyle.


Jessica Till – Personal Trainer / Yoga

Jessica is a certified personal trainer with an infectious energy and enthusiasm for fitness and nutrition with an over all holistic approach. She has experience working with clients of all ages and fitness levels, and truly believes in TONIQ’s philosophy that true health can only be achieved through lifestyle, fitness and nutrition. She is also certified in Sports and Exercise Nutrition and has more than 14 years experience as a massage therapist, specialising in Deep Tissue massage and Reflexology, and therefore has a full understanding of the body’s anatomy and physiology. Jessica is passionate about making healthy living an enjoyable lifestyle choice that can be a pleasure to maintain.” 

Jess’s keen understanding of the human body has also led her to become a Yoga instructor so she can work to a deep level with her clients. Jess is also the Sweaty Betty Yoga Ambassador for Bath.
