Our Strength Training Class

STRONGER

  • STRONGER runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

  • Resistance training workout, slower intensity, focusing on heavier weights, and maintaining good form.

  • Classes are split into six-week blocks that alternate between power, and strength phases - catering for all-round body conditioning.

  • Our trainers will individually tailor specific exercises to cater for old injuries, ensuring your workout is always beneficial.

  • STRONGER helps you build lean muscle, increases your strength, promotes fat loss, and assists with elements such as posture.
