Each practice offers a unique set of benefits, and our expert team will guide you to find what works best for your body and your goals—whether that’s reducing inflammation, improving sleep, balancing hormones or building mental resilience.

Our three Therapies explained

High-Heat Therapy for Heart, Skin & Sleep.
Relax and restore in our bespoke traditional Finnish sauna, kept between 75–85°C for optimal therapeutic effect.
Perfect for unwinding post-workout, calming the nervous system, or preparing for a deep sleep.
Health benefits include:
Lowers blood pressure and supports cardiovascular health
Reduces pain and systemic inflammation
Enhances heart rate variability (HRV)
Promotes deep restorative sleep

Recommended dose:
10–15 minutes, 3–5 times per week. Can be combined with ice bath contrast, breath work, and gentle stretching.

Our full-spectrum infrared sauna delivers heat directly into the tissues, operating at a gentler 50–60°C. Unlike traditional saunas, the infrared waves penetrate the skin to create a deep, soothing sweat that supports detox, immune function, and recovery.
Infrared is ideal for those wanting a longer, lower-heat experience that still delivers profound benefits.

Cold Water Immersion
We offer a unique and accessible introduction to the benefits of ice baths, delivered in a safe, supported environment. You can use the ice baths in open session or small group experiences (up to 8 people) or one-to-one coaching, with full guidance on breath work, posture, and mindset to help you stay calm and focused during the immersion.
